Chapter 70 <br /> code official or his representative that a" after the first word <br /> of this subsection, by inserting the words "will be" after the <br /> words "condemnation notice" , by deleting the phrase "has resulted <br /> in an order by virtue of failure to comply within the time <br /> given, " by deleting the words "bearing the words : " and <br /> substituting the words "indicating that the structure has been, " <br /> and by deleting the last sentence of this subsection. <br /> (k) PM 111. 1 by substituting the words "Construction and <br /> Housing Board of Appeals" for the word "board" where the latter <br /> word first appears in said subsection; by substituting the words <br /> "City Clerk" for the word "board" where the latter word second <br /> appears in said subsection; and by substituting the number "10" <br /> for the number "20" . <br /> (1) Section PM-201. 0 by inserting the following definition <br /> between the definition of "Rubbish" and "Structure" : Smoke <br /> Detector: "Approved smoke detector" or "detector" means a smoke <br /> detector of the ionizat�an or photoele�tric type, which complies <br /> with all the requirements of the rules and regulations of the <br /> Illinois State Fire Marshal. <br /> Section PM-201. 0 by amending the definition of "Family, " so <br /> that as amended said definition provides as follows: "Family: <br /> Either: (a) Two or more persons, each related to the other by <br /> blood, marriage, or adoption, together with usual domestic <br /> servants and not more than one bona fide guest, all Ziving <br /> together as a single housekeeping unit and using common kitchen <br />
