, , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. — � <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 69 <br /> ELECTRICAL CODE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 69 of the City Code of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that as <br /> so amended said Chapter shall provide as set out on Exhibit A, <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2 . That all ordinances and provisions of ordinances <br /> in conflict with the provisions hereof, to the extent of said <br /> conflict, be, and the same are hereby, repealed, otherwise to <br /> remain in full force and effect. <br /> Section 3 . That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to cause said Chapters as so amended to <br /> be incorporated in said City Code and to publish this ordinance <br /> as provided by law. <br /> Section 4 .
