For all permits other than those specified herein said <br /> amount shall be based upon the value of the proposed work in <br /> amounts as follows: <br /> WORK VALUE FEE <br /> $ 0 - $2, 000 $20 <br /> $2, 001 - $3, 000 $30 <br /> $3 , 001 - $4, 000 $40 <br /> $4, 001 - $5, 000 $50 <br /> $5, 001 - 1, 000, 000 $50 plus $4 for each <br /> $1, 000 or fraction <br /> thereof over $5, 000 <br /> Over $1, 000, 000 $4, 030 plus $3 for each <br /> $10, 000 or fraction <br /> thereof over $1, 000, 000 <br /> B.
