ORDINANCE NO. 93-96 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING AIRPORT ROAD TO <br /> THE MUNICIPAL STREET SYSTEM <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur and Macon County have entered <br /> into an agreement to transfer jurisdiction of Airport Road from <br /> Country Club Road to U. S. Route 36 (a distance of 1. 69 miles) to <br /> the Decatur Municipal Street System. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That Airport Road from Country Club Road to U. S. <br /> Route 36 (a distance of 1. 69 miles) , be added to the Decatur <br /> Municipal Street System. <br /> Section 2 .
