, <br /> , � <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of tt�e undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are sig�atory hereto, <br /> ("Owner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this P.greement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> al:i. appiicanie provisions oi codes, ordinances, ruies and reguiations of t;ity, ' <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. ', <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to <br /> said prenises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domesti� purposes <br /> and cnly upon the premises described herein. <br /> S. At such time as said premises bzcame contiguous to the corporate <br /> Iic�its of City, the then owner �f said prenises shall, within ninety (90} days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereor, petitian to annex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> 6. This ?.aree�ent shall terminare upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with a:�y provision hereoi or �i=h any applicable provision of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regula:.�ons, or upon the annexation of said premi�es to <br /> tfi.e Cit}, and may be terminated by eitner party upon six (6) months notice by <br />
