, <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises described at <br /> paYagraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Qwner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premises within its ccrporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City I <br /> and connect a water service thereto to fu�nish r'esidential service only to <br /> said �remises. <br /> 3. Sai�. Lap, �o:�n�ct�on and service shall be m�de and iz.stal,'��d by a <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnishad by City shall only be used for domesti� purposes <br /> and only upon the �remises described herein. <br /> S. At such time as said premises bec�me contiguous to the corporate <br /> li�its of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (9Q) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petitian to annex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> 6.
