, <br /> _� <br /> , � ' , � �� <br /> ��V � <br /> � <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are sigzatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> � and usP of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the City in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential service only to <br /> said prenises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domesti� purposes I, <br /> and cnly upon the premises described herein. II <br /> 5. At such time as said premises bec�me contiguous to the corporate I' <br /> li�its of City, the then owner �f said premises shall, within ninety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereoi, petition to annex the sa�e to the , <br /> City. <br /> 6. This Agree�ent sha11 terminare upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with any provision her�of or �i=h any applicable provision of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regula��ons, or upon the annexation of said premises to <br /> the Ci�y, 'a�d.,may be terminated Sy e'tner party ugon six (6) months notice by <br />
