Said tap, connection and service shall be made and instalied by a <br /> Zice�se8 plumber. <br /> 4. The watez furnished by City shall only be used for domestic purposes <br /> and o:�ly upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such t�me as said premises become contig�sous to the corporata <br /> limits o£ City, the then owner of said premises snall, within ninety (90) da3�s <br /> after receiving aotice from City �hereof, petition to annex the same to the <br /> City. <br /> 6. �his :�greement shall terminate upon the failure by O�mer to comply <br /> with any provision hereof or with any applicable provision of City C�dE, <br /> orcinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation of �aid ��e�ises to <br /> the City, and may �e ter�ninated by either party upon six (b) nonths notice by I! <br />
