He agreed with Mr. Swartz that <br /> the work done to assist in neighborhood safety should not be <br /> impeded. <br /> Mr. Schwerdtner stated that there is a chain with a lock across <br /> the driveway so that no one could drive through. The drive will <br /> be open for visitations or funerals but otherwise locked. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Fisher\Gruenewald) and approved that <br /> Cal. No. 93-80 be forwarded to City Council for approval per <br /> staff recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. � <br />
