� ' r <br /> � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 9� -" C� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISING ONE-WAY STREET <br /> - SHERIDAN STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, Sheridan Street from the west right of way line <br /> of South Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to the east right of way <br /> line of South Franklin Street be, and the same is hereby, <br /> established as a one-way street for westbound traffic only and <br /> all vehicles traveling on said street shall travel west. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
