. � III <br /> � g � <br /> •�)INP,NCE N�. 3 I <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE-WAY STREET <br /> - JACKSON STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, � <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, a portion of Jackson Street from the south right <br /> of way line of East Decatur Street to the north right of way line <br /> of Sheridan Street be, and the same is hereby, established as a <br /> one-way street for southbound traffic only and all vehicles <br /> traveling on said portion of said street shall travel south. <br /> Section 2 . That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, a portion of Jackson Street from the south right <br /> of way line of Sheridan Street to the north right of way line of <br /> Cantrell Street be, and the same is hereby, established as a <br /> one-way street for northbound traffic only and all vehicles <br /> traveling on said portion of said street shall travel north. <br /> Section 3 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10. 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 4 . That the provisions of all ordinances or parts <br /> of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance <br /> insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and <br /> the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 29th day of <br /> November, 1993 . � <br /> 9 <br /> ,� /� / � ��i <br /> � <br /> ��/ c . <br /> ERIK C.
