Elmore <br /> and Shirley A. Elmore, the owners of the servient estate, <br /> requesting vacation of an easement, said easement being more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on a line five feet south of and <br /> parallel with the south line of Lot 95 of Bayshore <br /> Heights Addition as per plat recorded in Book 1832 Page <br /> 53 . of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois, said point being at the intersection <br /> of a line running five feet northeasterly of and <br /> parallel with the southwesterly line of Lot 4 of <br /> Bayshore Heights Second Addition as per plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832 Page 253 of the records in the Recorder' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois; thence southeasterly <br /> along a line five feet south of and parallel with the <br /> south line of Lot 95 of said Bayshore Heights Addition <br /> to a point, said point being on a line five feet <br /> northwesterly of and parallel with the southeasterly <br /> line of Lot 4 of said Bayshore Heights Second Addition, <br /> thence northeasterly along a line five feet <br /> northwesterly of and parallel with the southeasterly <br /> line of Lot 4 of said Bayshore Heights Addition to a <br /> point, said point being the intersection with a line <br /> running five feet north of and parallel with the <br /> southeasterly line of Lot 95 of said Bayshore Heights <br /> � Addition; thence northwesterly along a line five feet <br /> north of and parallel with the southerly line of Lot 95 <br /> of said Bayshore Heights Addition to a point, said point <br /> being the intersection with a line running five feet <br /> northeasterly of and parallel with the southwesterly <br /> line of Lot 4 of said Bayshore Heights Second Addition; <br /> thence southeasterly to the point of beginning; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said easement is no longer useful to the public or <br /> to the City or to the owners of property abutting thereon and the <br /> public interest will be subserved by vacating said easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br />
