<br /> 2 . That no electors reside on any of the territory herein
<br /> described.

<br /> 4 . That the territory herein described is contiguous to the
<br /> City of Decatur, a municipal corporation.
<br /> 5. That the Petitioner requests that the City of Decatur, a
<br /> municipal corporation, annex the following described property:
