Each ordinance addresses the <br /> following: <br /> 1. Acknowledges the legality of the number of residents in <br /> the area comprising the district. (Exhibit A attached} <br /> 2 . Authorizes the Public Works Director to include the <br /> watermain construction in City Project 9301, Watermain <br /> Extension, in the area to provide the desired service. <br /> (Exhibit B attached) , <br /> 3 . Authorizes the City Manager to sign a Water Service , <br /> Agreement with those residents in the area.
