WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and betWeen the Owner(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, aad whfch person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner"), Snd THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, (��C3Cq") , as follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation. operatioa <br /> and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a vater main bq the City in <br /> the street ar rvadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upoa <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> preaises within its corporate limits, Owaer may tap said water main of City <br /> and connect a water service thezeto to furnish residential service only to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> liceased plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for dvmestic purposes <br /> and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the c�rporate <br /> limits of City, the thea owner of said premises shall, withia ninety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to the <br /> Citq. <br /> 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with any provision hereof or with any applicable provisioa of City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regulaticns, or upon the annexation of said premises to <br /> the City, and may be terminated by either party upon six (6) months notice by <br />
