I � � l.(�� <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD USE <br /> - 2495 NORTH WATER STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of September, 1993 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Ann C. Jameson for a special permit under the <br /> provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (w) of the Zoning Ordinance to use <br /> the premises described below for a Historic Neighborhood Use, <br /> said use being the operation of a retail custom framing and art <br /> shop and said premises being legally described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast <br /> Quarter of Section 3, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of <br /> the 3rd P.M. , thence West 223 feet, thence South 100 <br /> feet, thence East 223 feet, thence North 100 feet to the <br /> place of beginning, in Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Petition has been filed with, and reviewed by, <br /> the Historical and Architectural Sites Commission, said filing <br /> having been more than thirty days from the date hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such special permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, <br /> a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Ann C. Jameson, <br /> and only to Ann C. Jameson, to own and operate a retail custom <br /> framing and art shop as a Historic Neighborhood Use upon the <br /> premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat, plan and <br /> photographs thereof hereto attached marked Group Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That said permit be, and the same is hereby, <br /> expressly conditioned as follows: <br />
