The business typically <br /> serves between one and three customers at a time and as such <br /> represents a relatively low density use for the subject property. <br /> We are informed about the terms of Ordinance #82 -73 which amended <br /> the zoning ordinance regarding historic neighborhood uses and we <br /> are in full agreement with the City' s concerns pertaining to the <br /> protection of our historic sites and our neighborhoods . <br /> Therefore, we pledge our support for the intent of the ordinance by <br /> assuring the City that we will not change the exterior appearance <br /> of the structure at 2495 North Water Street and will maintain the <br /> present appearance and will keep the subject property in good <br /> repair. <br /> Yours truly, <br /> `�- �`� <br /> Mrs .
