� <br /> • ' � <br /> . <br /> � r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 2075, 2083 and 2095 EAST NORTH STREET - <br /> - 2133 NELSON PARK ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of September, 1993 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Illinois Power Company for a special use permit to <br /> operate an electric substation on premises located in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> Lots Twenty-Five (25) through Thirty-One (31) in Roach <br /> and McReynolds First Addition as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 335 Page 158 of the records in the Recorder' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such special use permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That a special use permit be, and it is hereby, <br /> granted to petitioner to allow operation of an electric <br /> substation on the premises aforesaid, as per Exhibit A attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That prior to issuance of a building permit for <br /> the proposed electric substation, a landscape and screening plan <br /> for the subject premises shall be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Director of Public Works and Director of Community <br /> Development of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 4 . That said special use permit granted hereby be, <br /> and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and <br /> requirements of Ordinance No. 3512 , the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning <br /> Map of said City be amended in accordance herewith. <br />
