<br /> PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that land described as follows is
<br /> proposed to be annexed to the City of Decatur, Illinois at a
<br /> meeting of the City Council of Decatur, Illinois, scheduled for
<br /> September 7, 1993 :
<br /> Commencing at a point 650 feet South of the Northwest
<br /> corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 16 ,
<br /> Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , thence
<br /> East 134 feet, thence South 130 feet, thence West 134
<br /> feet, thence North 130 feet along the West line of said
<br /> NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of S16 , T16N, R3E of the 3rd P.M.
<br /> to the point of beginning; AND,
