C2�j� ���� <br /> Fee eco�d�r o Deeds � <br /> - 2241 EAST MOUND ROAD - ��� <br /> � <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by <br /> said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under <br /> oath of Ronald G. Kramer and Patricia J. Kramer requesting that <br /> there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> The West 1/2 of the West 132.5 feet of the East 2,384.20 <br /> feet measured 2 , 385. 0 feet of the North 330. 25 feet of <br /> th� AT�rtheast 1/�, S�ction 36 Township 17 North, Range 2 <br /> East of the 3rd Principal Meridian, except that part <br /> dedicated for highway purposes; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners <br /> of record of all land within such territory and by at least 50� <br /> of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any <br /> city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation <br /> has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> ' CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby, approved. � <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along <br /> with all parts of public highways therein or next and adjacent <br /> thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the same are <br /> hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the <br /> City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3 . That a plat of said annexed premises is attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 4 . That the City Clerk cause certified copies of <br /> this ordinance to be respectively filed with the County Clerk and <br /> recorded by the Recorder of Deeds of Macon County, Illinois. <br />
