a <br /> ORDINANCE NO. /_`,__� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT BY THE <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A SYSTEM OF SANITARY SEWERS KNOWI�? AS <br /> LAROSE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and members of the City Council <br /> of The City of Decatur, Illinois : <br /> SECTION 1 : THAT there be constructed a Local Improvement <br /> within the City of Decatur, Illinois , consisting of a complete <br /> sanitary sewerage system, including laterals , manholes , drainage <br /> system and the necessary restoration of street surfaces and all <br /> accessories thereto, as shown on the maps , profiles , drawings , <br /> plans and details , marked "Exhibit 2" , and accompanying detailed <br /> specifications , marked "Exhibit 3", which are attached to the <br /> Resolution of The Board of Local Improvements of the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois , which originated this local improvement , and <br /> which are incorporated herein by reference the same as if fully <br /> set forth herein. <br /> SECTION 2: THAT said improvement shall be paid for by <br /> special assessment against property benefiting thereby. <br /> SECTION 3 : THAT there is hereby established a sanitary <br /> sewer district within the City of Decatur, Illinois , designated <br /> as LAROSE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT, which <br /> district shall include all parts of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois , within the boundaries described on attached "Exhibit <br /> 1". <br /> SECTION 4 : THAT said improvements shall consist of the <br /> construction of a complete sanitary sewer system, including <br /> laterals , manholes , drainage, and the necessary restoration of <br /> street surfaces , all complete in place, �, <br /> � (1) <br />
