� � n ORDINANCE NO. �� J � � AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - WEST PRAIRIE AVENUE - WHEREAS, on the 6th day of May, 1993, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Archie Foster, Emily Foster and others to rezone premises described as: Lots One (1) through Thirteen (13) in Block One (1) of Shepherd's Addition as per plat recorded in Book R Page 201 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, Lots One (1) through Eight (8) of Diller and Moores Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 112 Page 243 of . the records in the Recorder s Office of Macon County, Illinois, from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENT DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the ra er of said etition be denied. P Y P NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and disapproved. Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENT DISTRICT. Section 3 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises above described herein. Section 4 . That the zoning of said premises as set out herein shall be shown and verified on the District Zoning Map as in such Ordinance No. 3512 provided and said Districts be, and they are hereby, amended and changed as herein set forth.
