ORDINANCE NO. / � — <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - COUNTRY MANOR - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 1993, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of Joe Gates to amend a special use permit for an R-2 <br /> Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 4914 , and <br /> subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: <br /> A part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17 , <br /> Township 16 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. , said <br /> part more particularly described as follows: Beginning <br /> at a point, said point being the intersection of the <br /> East ROW line of 44th Street and the North ROW line of <br /> Cantrell Street, said point also being 40 feet North of <br /> and 3 0 f eet East of the SW Corner of the SE 1/4 of Sec. <br /> 17, T16N, R3E, 3rd P.M. ; thence North 00° 00' 00" E <br /> (Assumed Bearing) along the East ROW line of 44th <br /> Street, 340. 00 feet; thence North 90° 00'00" E, 443 . 15 <br /> feet; thence South 77° 30'00" East 425. 00 feet; thence <br /> South 17� 50' 31" East, 260. 55 feet to a point on the <br /> North ROW line of Cantrell Street; thence North 89° <br /> 59 ' 59" West, along the said North ROW line of Cantrell <br /> Street , 937 . 91 feet to the point of beginning , <br /> containing 6.49 acres more or less; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its <br /> findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and said <br /> Residence Development Plan be amended as requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the aforesaid R-2 Residence Development <br /> Plan be, and the same is hereby, modified and further amended, <br /> and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized to develop said <br /> premises as shown on the plat and plans thereof attached hereto, <br /> marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
