, <br /> , <br /> i <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out <br /> herein, it is agreed by and between the Owner(s) of the premises described at <br /> paragraph 8 hereof, and which person or persons are signatory hereto, <br /> ("Owner"), and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ("City") , as follaws: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, operation <br /> and use of the �aater service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to <br /> all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, <br /> and Owner agrees to comply therewith. <br /> 2. After completion of the construction of a water main by the C{ty in <br /> the street or roadway adjacent to the premises described herein, and upon <br /> obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for <br /> preriises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City <br /> and connect a water sezvice thereto to fur:�ish residential service onlv to <br /> said premises. <br /> 3. Sai.c� tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a <br /> licens�d plumber. <br /> '4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for domestic �urposes <br /> and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises becone contiguou5 to the corporate <br /> limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, within ninety (90) days <br /> after receiving notice from City thereof, petition to annex the same to tiie <br /> City. <br /> 6. This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by Owner to comply <br /> with any provision hereof or with any applicable provision of �City Code, <br /> ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation o'f said premises to <br /> the City, and may be terminated by either party upon si�: (6) months notice by <br />
