Parcel D <br /> A parcel of land in the S.E. 1/4 of Section 4 , T.16N. , R. 3E. , 3 <br /> P.M. , Macon County, Illinois, more particularly described as <br /> follows: Beginning at a point 406. 5 feet North of the Southeast <br /> corner of Section 4 , T. 16N. , R. 3E. , 3 P.M. , said point being 50 <br /> feet South of and at right angles to the center line of the <br /> Illinois Terminal Railroad Company' s tracks, as formerly located; <br /> thence Westerly 2,670 feet, more or less, to a point 110 . 5 feet <br /> North of the Southwest corner of the S.E. 1/4 of said Section 4; <br /> thence North along the half section line 101 feet, more or less, <br /> to a point 50 feet North of said center line of said Railroad, as <br /> formerly located; thence East 1 , 739 feet, more or less; thence <br /> South 20 feet; thence East parallel to and 30 feet North of said <br /> center line of said Railroad, as formerly located, 931 feet, more <br /> or less, to the East line of said Section 4; thence South 80 . 6 <br /> feet, more or less, to the place of beginning, containing 5. 70 <br /> acres,. more or less. <br />
