HOPKINS, hereby requests the rezoning <br /> of the property legally described as follows: Lots 8, 9 and 10, <br /> Shorewood Estates 3rd Addition, located at Millstream Place in the <br /> City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. <br /> That the present zoning classification is R-6 RDP (Revised) <br /> and Petitioner requests the desired zoning classification to remain <br /> R-6 RDP (Revised) . <br /> That Petitioner resides at 855 Buccaneer's Point, Decatur, <br /> Illinois. <br /> That the name and address of Petitioner's representative is <br /> • Richard A. Hopkins of WILLOUGHBY & LATSHAW, P.C. , located at 502 <br /> West Prairie, in the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. <br /> That the Petitioner owns all undeveloped property described as <br /> Lots 2 and 3 of Sheets Addition which lies adjacent to the property <br /> sought to be rezoned. <br /> That the purpose of the proposed rezoning is to allow <br /> construction of six (6) duplex units. <br /> That in support of this request, Petitioner hereby submits to <br /> the City Planning Commission and City Council the following facts: <br /> A.
