I � �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> - CERRO GORDO STREET- <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking be, and it is hereby <br /> prohibited at all times on the north side of Cerro Gordo Street <br /> from the west right-of-way line of Oakland Avenue to a point 180 <br /> feet west of the the west right-of-way line of University Avenue. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corpo�ation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10. 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
