, i I, <br /> . � ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � �J� � 5 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONE <br /> - SOUTH WATER STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCZL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, parking at meter ,�855 located on <br /> South Water Street be, and it is hereby, restricted to only those <br /> vehicles bearing special registration plates issued for operation <br /> of vehicles by or for the physically handicapped or those <br /> vehicles displaying a handicapped decal. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) nor <br /> more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
