. . � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � — � � <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> - FIRE STATION - <br /> - 1300-1400 NORTH WATER & NORTH MAIN STREETS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of March, 1993, upon due notice, the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the <br /> petition of the Director of Community Development, for a special <br /> use permit under the provisions of Section XXI (A) (1) (i) of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance to own and operate a fire station upon premises <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> Al l Of LOts 6� 7 � 8 � 9 � 10� 11� 12 � 13 � 14 , the SOUth <br /> 6. 33 feet of Lot 15, the West 5 feet of Lot 5, the West <br /> 50 feet of Lots 3 and 4 , and the West 50 feet of the <br /> South 8.5 feet of Lot 2 in the Assessor's Subdivision as <br /> recorded in Book 149 Page 411 in the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County; and also the North 16 <br /> feet of Lots 1 and 11 of B. Dills Subdivision as <br /> recorded in Book 149 Page 47 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County; all located in the NE <br /> 1/4 , Section 10, T16N, R2E, 3rd P.M. , Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that <br /> such special use permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. Th4t the recommendation and report of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That a special use permit be, and it is hereby, <br /> granted to the City of Decatur, Illinois, to construct, own and <br /> operate a fire station upon the premises aforesaid in accordance <br /> with the plat and plan thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3 . That said special use permit granted hereby, be, <br /> and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and <br /> requirements of Ordinance No. 3512 , the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning <br /> Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of <br /> this special use permit. , <br />
