ORDINANCE N0. � � — � � ORDINANCE APPROVING SITE LOCATION FOR REGIONAL POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY - MORGAN DISTRIBUTING, INC. - WHEREAS, on the 5th day of February, 1993 , upon due notice and pursuant to law, David A. Clark, as hearing officer for this Council, held a public hearing upon the petition of Morgan Distributing, Inc. under the provisions of 415 ILCS 5/39 . 2 for siting approval for a regional pollution control facility - more specifically, a used oil storage and transfer facility - on the following described premises in the City of Decatur, Illinois: A part of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, T17N, R2E of the 3rd P.M. more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of the said NE 1/4 of Section 36, with the Westerly Right of Way line of Illinois Central Railroad (known as Hackline) thence West 330 . 00 feet along the south line of said NE 1/4 , Section 36, thence North 330. 00 feet along a line perpendicular to the South line of the said NE 1/4 of Section 36, thence East 602 . 68 feet along a line parallel with the South line of said NE 1/4 of Section 36 to a point on the Westerly Right of Way line of the Illinois Central Railroad, thence Southwest 428. 08 feet along the said Westerly Right of Way line to the point of beginning; and, WHEREAS, said hearing officer did recommend that said petition be granted and did file a report with this Council in support of said recommendation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the findings and recommendations of David A. Clark, hearing officer, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted by this Council, said finc�ings and recommendations being attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 2 . That, pursuant to the aforesaid statutory provision, approval is hereby granted to Morgan Distributing, ��
