t � . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � -`n <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONE <br /> - NORTH PARK STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are <br /> provided giving notice thereof, � parking on the south side of <br /> North Park Street at meter ,�909, be, and it is hereby, restricted <br /> to only those vehicles bearing special registration plates issued <br /> for operation of vehicles by or for the physically handicapped or <br /> those vehicles displaying a handicapped decal. <br /> Section 2 . That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined Fifty Dollars ($50. 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
