Chapter 34 <br /> B. It is hereby prohibited to park any motor vehicle which <br /> is not bearing registration plates or decals issued to hand- <br /> icapped persons or disabled veterans pursuant to applicable <br /> provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code in any parking space, in- <br /> cluding any private or public off-street parking facility, which <br /> is specifically reserved by the posting of official signs for <br /> motor vehicles bearing such plates or decals in-sccord��c�-�t�i-t�h <br /> �eW-er-erdtnnnee. <br /> C. Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of <br /> this Section shall be fined Fifty Dollars ($50.00) in addition to <br /> any costs or charges connected with the removal or storage of any <br /> motor vehicle as authorized by law or ordinance. <br /> D. Handicapped decals or cards may be issued by the Easter <br /> Seal Society of Central Illinois, Inc. , said decals or cards to <br /> be in strict compliance with the requirements of the applicable <br /> state statutes and administrative rules of the Illinois <br /> Secretary of State. <br /> E. Any motor vehicle bearing reqistration plates issued to <br /> a handicapped person or to a disabled veteran pursuant to ap- <br /> plicable provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code shall be exempt <br /> from the payment of �arkinQ meter fees and exempt from any or- <br /> dinance imposing time limitations on parking except limitations <br />
