No person shall park, store or <br /> leave standing a motor vehicle in those areas of Garages B and C <br /> reserved for monthly or other than hourly parking, unless the <br /> owner or operator of such vehicle shall have received from the <br /> Finance Department a permit for such parking of such vehicle and <br /> shall have paid the charges for the same for the then current <br /> period. <br /> 63-64 . APPLICATION. Applications for permits to use the <br /> space in the areas designated for monthly or other than hourly <br /> parking, shall be made to the Director of Finance and shall be <br /> accompanied by payment of the monthly fee for the applicable <br /> period. <br />
