l .. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. � � — �� <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 2-HOUR PARKING ZONE <br /> - WABASH AVENUE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs are erected giving <br /> notice thereof, no person shall park a motor vehicle for a <br /> continuous period of more than two (2) hours on the north side of <br /> Wabash Avenue from the west right-of-way line of Morgan Street to <br /> a point 73 feet West thereof. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall <br /> violate any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br /> conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10. 00) nor more <br /> than Two Hundred Dollars ($200. 00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3 .
