ORDINANCE NO. � � � ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - BUTTERFLY ESTATES - WHEREAS, on the 5th day of November, 1992, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of David D. Shulke and Peggy A. Shulke to amend a special use permit for an R-2 Residence Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 6067 , and from time to time thereafter amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: � Butterfly Hills Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 Page 50 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted and said ' R-2 Residence Development Plan be amended as requested. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1 . That the report and recorunendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and approved. Section 2 . That upon the conditions hereinafter set out, the aforesaid R-2 Residence Development Plan authorized and amended as aforesaid be, and the same is hereby, modified and further amended and petitioners be, and they are hereby, authorized to develop Lot Six of said Butterfly Hills Addition as shown on the plot plan thereof, said plan being marked Exhibit A and being attached hereto and made a part hereof. Section 3 . That the authorization and modification provided for herein be, and the same is expressed conditioned as follows: (a) That said Lot Six be subdivided to reflect and accommodate the modification authorized hereby in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of Decatur.
