<br /> The undersigned, under oath, respectfully represent as
<br /> follows:
<br /> 1 . That they are the owners of record of all the
<br /> territory herein described.
<br /> 2 . That no electors reside on any of the territory
<br /> herein described.
<br /> 3 . That the territory herein described is not within
<br /> the corporate limits of any municipality.
<br /> 4 . That the territory herein described is contiguous
<br /> to the City of Decatur, a municipal corporation.
<br /> 5. That the petitioners request that the City of
<br /> Decatur, a municipal corporation, annex the following
<br /> described property:
<br /> The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section
<br /> . 21 Township 17 Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. EXCEPT
<br /> that portion taken for State right-of-way
<br /> purposes, said taking being recorded in Book 1850
<br /> Page 243 of the records in the Recorder' s Office
<br /> of Macon County, Illinois.
<br /> WHEREFORE, the petitioners pray that the
<br /> above-described property will be annexed to the City of
<br /> Decatur, a municipal corporation, in accordance with the
<br /> Statutes in such case made and provided.
