ORDINANCE N0. D <br /> ORDINANCE VACATING STREETS <br /> - HYDE PARK MOBILF HOME PARK - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Downing <br /> Street Limited Partnership the owner of property abutting <br /> thereon requesting vacation of all those streets located in <br /> . the Hyde Park Mobile Home Park in the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, being more partic�ularly described as follows: <br /> Hyde Park Drive, Churchill Court, Downing Street <br /> � and Harvard Square, all located in Hyde Park First <br /> Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 1575 Page <br /> 212 of the records in the Recorder' s Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, AND ALSO, Hyde Park Drive, <br /> Hyde Park Court, Brookfield Drive and Andrea ' <br /> Drive, all located in Hyde Park Second Addition as � <br /> per Plat recorded in Book 1575 Page 249 of the , <br /> records in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, I <br /> Illinois; and, ', <br /> WHEREAS, said streets are no longer useful to the I <br /> City and the public interest will be subserved by vacating <br /> said streets and the public will be relieved from any <br /> further burden or responsibility for maintaining said <br /> streets. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 .
