J�� � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE-HOUR PARKING METERS <br /> - PARKING LOT AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF <br /> MAIN AND MAIN STREETS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That in accordance with and subject to the <br /> applicable provisions of Chapter 34 of the City Code, when <br /> appropriate signs are installed thereat, the parking of <br /> vehicles at parking meters numbered 505, 506 , 507 , 508 and <br /> 509 located in the parking lot at the southeast corner of <br /> the intersection of Main and Main Streets be, and the same <br /> are hereby, limited to a maximum of one (1) hour. <br /> Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed at <br /> said numbered spaces which shall register a maximum of one <br /> hour upon insertion of appropriate coin of the United <br /> States. <br /> Section 3 . That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 4 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances <br /> insofar as the same conflict with the provisions hereof be, <br /> and the same are hereby, repealed. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED APPROVED AND RECORDED this 3rd day of <br /> August, 1992. � � <br /> i �� � <br /> �� � <br /> ERI C.
