J <br /> June 8 , 1992 <br /> City Council of Decatur <br /> c/o Robert McQueen <br /> Planning Services <br /> 1 Civic Center Plaza <br /> Decatur, IL 62523 <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> In accordance with a recommendation by the Planning Division, <br /> City of Decatur, please consider this a formal request to vacate <br /> the ingress/egress easement located on Lot One (1) of Buccaneer's <br /> Point, a subdivision within the City of Decatur. I am vested with <br /> the authority to make this request by virtue of ownership. <br /> Other interests in said easement are established in the <br /> Owner's Declaration for said subdivision and is attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" . Said document indicates that other owners of the <br /> subdivision have an interest in said easement and I have enclosed <br /> hereto Exhibit "B" , which is a document indicating that the current <br /> owners of the subdivision have no objection to this requested <br /> vacation and also therein contained is the legal description of <br /> that portion of the easement to be vacated. <br /> The other parties who at one point had an interest in the <br /> ingress/egress easement are adjacent property owners to Lot One but <br /> � not a part of Buccaneer Point, to-wit: Robert and Lois Mayberry. <br /> Enclosed as Exhibit "C" is a copy of a recorded document dated the <br /> 5th day of March, 1992 indicating the Mayberry's intent to vacate <br /> that easement and illustrates their consent to this request. <br /> Also, for your consideration, I have enclosed as Exhibit "D" <br /> a copy of the Final Plat for Buccaneer's Point with the easement <br /> highlighted. <br /> Thank you for your kind cooperation and timely consideration. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Steve Seman <br /> Owner Lot One of Buccaneer's Point <br /> SS:tlh <br /> Enclosures v <br />
