� •� ORDINANCE NO. � �—' � � AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - 1395 TAYLORVILLE ROAD - WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 1992 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Larry Rogers to rezone premises described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21 , Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the 3rd P.M. , thence Easterly for 699 . 80 feet to the Westerly right of way line of S.B. I .
