Adjacent property to the West is presently zoned M-1 . <br /> 2. Adjacent property to the South & East is zoned B-2. <br /> 3. This rezoning will allow the new manufacturing business to employ 20 to <br /> 50 new jobs. <br /> 4. Access to site will easily accommodate a maximum of 2 to 4 semi-trucks per <br /> day and employee traffic. _ <br /> 5. All parts and inventory to be inside of building. <br /> 6.
