I o � (p <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 910 AIRPORT ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 1992, upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon <br /> the petition of the Decatur Park District to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Northeast <br /> Quarter of Section 20 Township 16 North Range 3 <br /> East of the 3rd P.M. , thence South 80 feet along <br /> the East line of said Northeast 1/4 to the point <br /> of beginning; thence East 500 feet; thence South <br /> 650 feet; thence West 500 feet to the east line of <br /> the Northeast l/4 of Section 20 Township 16 North <br /> Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M. ; thence North 650 <br /> feet along the east line of said Northeast 1/4 to <br /> the point of beginning, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-3 LIMITED <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended <br /> that the prayer of said petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the recommendation of the Decatur City <br /> Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed <br /> on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That said described premises be, and they <br /> are hereby, rezoned from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE <br /> DISTRICT to M-3 LIMITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3 . That said described premises be developed <br /> in accordance with Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> Section 4 . That the Districts hereinabove mentioned <br /> are those districts set forth and defined in Ordinance No. <br /> 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the <br /> Zoning Ordinance, and all the provisions, regulations, <br /> restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply <br /> to the premises above described herein. <br />
