Located at 900 Airport Road, Decatur, Illinois FROM: R-1 T0: M-3 The name and address of the petitioner ' s representative is Edward Booth, 330 Millikin Court, Decatur, Illinois 62523 The name and address of the property owner is Decatur Park District, 620 East Riverside Avenue, Decatur, Illinois 62521 The petitioner owns the following described property adjacent to the property sought to be rezoned: Property of Decatur Airport, Decatur, Illinois. The purpose of the proposed rezoning is to permit International Control Services, Inc. , a corporation, to use the former flight service station located on Decatur Airport property. In support of this request, petitioner hereby submits to the City Plan Commission and City Council the following facts: International Control Services, Inc. is in the electronic control repair business so that ready access to transportation facilities is important and the described use is consistent with other uses of airport property.
