The Historic Preservation Administrator <br /> is expressly authorized to issue Certificates of <br /> Appropriateness for the following listed <br /> alterations: <br /> (1) construction and repair of fences; <br /> (2) roof and gutter replacement, but only <br /> with like materials; <br /> (3) driveway and sidewalk replacement; <br /> (4) tuckpoint for brickwork; <br /> (5) replacement of windows, but only with <br /> like windows; <br /> (6) change in garage doors to any style that <br /> is visually compatible with the existing <br /> architectural style; and, <br /> (7) any replacement of materials with like <br /> materials. <br /> A denial by the Historic Preservation <br /> Administrator of a Certificate of Appropriateness <br /> may be appealed to the Commission, and such appeal <br /> shall be treated as an application for such <br /> Certificate under paragraph 14 hereof and shall be <br /> subject to all procedures prescribed thereby. <br /> Section 2 .
