State that on failure to pay the amount of the <br /> citation in the time allowed as herein provided, said person will <br /> be subject to prosecution by the City; and, . <br /> 5. Be signed by the issuing fire prevention officer. <br /> � (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 90-103 , SEPTEMBER 4 , 1990) <br /> 21. PAYMENT OF CITATION. <br /> A. A person cited by a fire prevention officer for a viola- <br /> tion of any section of this Chapter, or Section 12 of Chapter 48, <br /> as herein provided, may terminate any further proceedings by the <br /> City due to said violation by making payment to the City at the <br /> Office of the City Treasurer in the amount of Ten Dollars <br /> ($10.00) . Payment is considered as being made only when the City <br /> Treasurer is in receipt of the full amount. <br /> B. If a person is given a citation for a violation as <br /> herein provided, no complaint may be filed by an attorney on be- <br /> half of the City in any court having jurisdiction thereof seeking <br /> to prosecute and fine such person for said violation sooner than <br /> ten (10) days after such citation is issued, and no complaint may <br /> be filed if the citation is timely paid. <br /> C. The City Treasurer may accept payment of a citation <br /> issued hereunder after the ten-day period provided for herein, <br /> ' and upon such acceptance no prosecution for the cited violation <br /> may be filed or pursued by the City. <br /> (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 90-103 , SEPTEMBER 4, 1990) <br />
