Whenever reference is made in <br /> said Code to the Department of Building Inspections or similar <br /> reference, such shall be taken to mean and shall be construed to <br /> refer to the Inspections Division of the Department of Community , <br /> Development. ', <br /> (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 90-35, March 19, 1990) II <br /> 7 . PERMIT APPLICATION FEE. Whenever by the provisions of II <br /> Code or ordinance a permit is required to be obtained from the I <br /> fire official, application for the same shall be made at the of- <br /> fice of the Finance Department upon forms there furnished con- <br /> taining such information as may reasonably be required by the <br /> fire official to permit the administration of said provisions and <br /> those connected therewith, which said application shall be accom- <br /> panied by a non-refundable fee of $25. 00, unless a fee in excess <br /> thereof is otherwise expressly required by one of said provi- <br /> sions. <br /> (AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 89-42 , May 1, 1989) <br /> 8 . FIRE OR EMERGENCY SCENE.
