<br /> the 3rd P.M. , as per plat recorded in Book 22 page 84 of the records in the Recorder's Office
<br /> of Macon County, Illinois and part of Lots 2, 3, & 4 of the subdivision of the SEl/4 of the
<br /> NE1/4 of Section 29, T-16-N, R-2-E, of the 3rd P.M. as per plat recorded in Book 22 page 123
<br /> of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and more particularly
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the Westerly right of way line of the Norfolk and Western Railroad, a
<br /> distance of 247.0 feet East and 482.0 feet South of the Northwest corner of Lot 2 of the sub-
<br /> division of the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of said Section 29, thence Southwesterly along the Right-of-
<br /> Way of the said Railroad 145.9 feet to a point 147 feet east of the West line of Lots 2,3, & 4,
<br /> thence North parallel to the West line of Lots 2, 3, & 4, 549.5 feet to a point, thence North-
<br /> westerly 255.0 feet to a point in the center of the public road, said point being 180.3 feet
<br /> Southwesterly from a point being 247 feet East of the said line of Lots 2, 3, & 4 extended
