ORDINANCE NO. 9 — L <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> - WATERFORD TERRACE FIRST ADDITION - <br /> WHEREAS, on the second day of April, 1992, upon due <br /> notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public <br /> hearing upon the petition of Robert Wesselink and James <br /> Masey to amend a special use permit for an R-2 Residence <br /> Development Plan approved by Ordinance No. 90-98 on premises <br /> situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as <br /> follows: <br /> The South One Half (1/2) of the Northeast One Quarter <br /> (1/4) of the Northwest One Quarter (1/4) of Section <br /> 27, Township 17 North, Range Two East of the 3rd <br /> P.M. in Macon County, Illinois, and: <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report <br /> its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted <br /> and said Residence Development Plan be amended as requested. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the <br /> Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-2 Residence <br /> Development Plan be, and the same is hereby, modified and <br /> amended, and petitioners be, and they are hereby, authorized <br /> to develop said premises subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> (a) That said Residence Development Plan be developed <br /> and constructed in accordance with the plat <br /> attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and hereby <br /> made a part. hereof. <br /> (b) That prior to issuance of a building permit <br /> for any two family dwelling within said <br /> Residence Development Plan, plans setting forth <br /> building location and elevations be submitted <br /> to and approved by the Zoning Subcommittee of <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission. <br /> Section 3 . That except as modified by the provisions <br /> hereof, the heretofore ordained R-2 Residence Development <br /> Plan and the provisions of ordinance relating thereto as <br />
