ORDINANCE NO. ��— `I `� <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE-WAY ALLEY <br /> - NORTH OF MARIETTA STREET AND EAST OF ILLINOIS STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, the first alley north of Marietta <br /> Street, beginning at the east right of way line of Illinois <br /> Street to the west right of way line of Jasper Street be, <br /> and the same is hereby, established as a one-way alley for <br /> eastbound traffic only and all vehicles traveling on said <br /> portion of said alley shall travel east. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 3 .
