That when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, a portion of North Illinois Street <br /> from the north right of way line of East Marietta Street to <br /> the south right of way line of East Condit Street be, and <br /> the same is hereby, established as a one-way street for <br /> northbound traffic only and all vehicles traveling on said <br /> portion of said street shall travel north. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who <br /> shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, <br /> upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10 . 00) <br /> nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200 . 00) for each <br /> offense. <br /> Section 3.
